Notice Regarding the Upcoming ETH Merge and Potential Hard Forks

With the ETH Merge approaching, there is a lot of discussion in the community on the upcoming Ethereum Merge and the potential hard fork. KuCoin always takes responsibility for users' assets and will respect and support the outcome as ultimately decided by community consensus.

Potential hard folk could bring a lot of uncertainties to the market. KuCoin will closely monitor the community and the fork. In case of new forked tokens, KuCoin will handle with following schemes:

1. KuCoin will announce in advance solutions to ETH hard fork (including snapshot time, airdrop arrangement, token deposit/withdrawal, token ticker update etc.).

2. KuCoin will decide whether to list forked tokens in full knowledge of user opinions and in compliance with security standards.

3. KuCoin holds an objective attitude towards the spinoff assets created through the hard forks in the principle of ensuring the security of users' assets.

We will continue to monitor The Merge, and we will inform you of any changes and specific plans with an announcement as soon as possible. Before and after The Merge, please pay attention to the risk of market fluctuation of the relevant tokens.
