The Sponsor of the Crypto Domain NFT Promotion (“Promotion”) is BAM Trading Services Inc. d/b/a Binance.US (“Binance.US”). By entering the Promotion, each Entrant (defined below) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, the Binance.US Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, the Binance.US Souvenir NFT Terms of Use, and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Promotion. For any questions, comments or problems related to the Promotion. Sponsor may be reached by submitting a ticket to Customer Support at https://support.binance.us/hc/en-us/requests/new during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion and each prize is open only to Binance.US account holders who are legal residents of every jurisdiction in which the Binance.US platform is available to individual users in the United States, without limiting the foregoing, excluding residents of Hawaii, New York, Texas, and Vermont, who are the greater of (i) eighteen (18) years of age or (ii) the minimum age required to enter the Promotion in their jurisdiction (each, an “Entrant”). Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Promotion Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on May 20, 2023 at 12:00AM and ends on May 22, 2023 at 12:00AM (the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

1. Crypto Domain Purchase:

Purchase one (1) personalized Crypto Domain on Binance.US.

2. Via Internet:

Complete the entry form here. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and/or Binance.US account throughout the Promotion Period. Entries received in excess of this stated limitation will be void.

Additional rules and eligibility criteria may be communicated through other channels. Sponsor reserves the right to change the terms of the Promotion at any time due to changing market conditions, risk of fraud, or any other factors Sponsor deems relevant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrants or transactions that show signs of fraudulent behavior or otherwise at Sponsor’s discretion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

FURTHER RESTRICTIONS

Any attempt by Entrant to obtain entries fraudulently or to exceed entry limits by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void Entrant's entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entries must be completed by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s computer clock will be the official timekeeper for the Promotion.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE 

100 Souvenir NFTs commemorating the launch of Binance.US’ partnership with Unstoppable Domains. 

Each Souvenir NFT has a monetary value of $0. The Souvenir NFTs will be non-tradable and non-withdrawable in perpetuity. Any claim of a Souvenir NFT will be subject to the Binance.US Souvenir NFT Terms and Conditions.

Exact items awarded will be at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not assignable or transferable. Any difference between the approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded. Winners will be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with claiming a Prize.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Sponsor will randomly select 100 potential Winners from all eligible entries to receive Souvenir NFT Prizes on or around May 22, 2023. Sponsor will notify the Winners within a week of the Promotion’s conclusion via email, which will include a claim code for the Souvenir NFT. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including winners’ failure to adequately monitor any account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. Sponsor is not responsible if the delivery of the Souvenir NFTs is delayed, postponed or canceled for any reason, if the Souvenir NFTs are unavailable for any reason, or if you are deemed ineligible to participate for reasons outside of Binance.US’ control (including, without limitation, your failure to timely claim the Souvenir NFT, failure to pass Binance.US’ identity verification) in which event your Souvenir NFT may be forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Binance.US’ sole discretion.

To claim the Souvenir NFT Prize, potential winners must have an active Binance.US account, which has been verified by Sponsor. Creating a Binance.US account will require the collection of personal information for identity verification purposes, including a valid and current driver’s license, passport or state ID and completion of a set of identity-verification questions. By submitting your information to Binance.US and creating an account, potential winners agree to the Binance.US Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If the potential winner does not agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, the potential winner cannot create a Binance.US account, and will be ineligible to receive the Souvenir NFT Prize. Potential winners that refuse to create a Binance.US or if their Binance.US account is not verified by Sponsor, the Souvenir NFT Prize will not be awarded. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF THE SOUVENIR NFT PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL THAT ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS TO CLAIM THE SOUVENIR NFT PRIZE HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND FULFILLED, AND THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.

PRIVACY

Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to Binance.US’ Privacy Policy at https://www.binance.us/en/privacy-policy. By entering the Promotion, you grant Sponsor permission to share your personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available winners list.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download of any materials in the Promotion.

If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and the Promotion Entities shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Promotion.

ENTRANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR’S MAXIMUM AND AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES FROM ANY CAUSE OF ACTION WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WILL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10). IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE.

These Promotion are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Inc., Instagram, Inc., Discord Inc., Twitter, Inc., Reddit Inc., Telegram Messenger LLC, and YouTube LLC. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube. By participating via the Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube platforms, participants are also subject to the respective platforms’ privacy policies and terms of use.
