1. Definitions of ZB Russian KOL Partners

2. Program Period

From August 12, 2021 to August 25, 2021

3. Benefits of KOL

·Monthly salary and super referral commissions: Up to 850USDT monthly salary and 60% referral commissions of trade fees.

·KOL Referral bonus: Recommend new KOLs to join our KOL Program and receive a referral bonus for three months.

Levels of KOL Partners

·Share with referrals: This means that you can choose to share referral commission with your referrals. For example, if your referral commission is 45%, you can share at most 32% of those with your referrals.

· Levels of KOL: More details about level classification of KOL will be informed after you become our partner.

4. Bonus Pool

We will set up bonus pool every month for KOLs who make contributions in trading fees and new users. We will rank all the KOLs according to these two indicators and reward the top 20 KOLs with a total bonus of 12,000 USDT.

5. Requirements of KOLs

·Positively guide new users to trade in ZB exchange .

· Distribute our promotion information and allow us to promote activities in your communities or medias.

· Positively promote our brand, keep your community active, and assist us to solve common problems of new users;

· Actively communicate with us and assist in feedback of users' issues;

6. Other Guides

· We will set an assessment period of 3 to 6 months for each KOL. You will be rewarded with a fixed monthly salary when you meet the assessment standard of the corresponding level.

· ZB has the rights to adjust or modify the above terms, and reserves the rights to explain ambiguous rules.
