Huobi's 5th PrimeVote is Hitting the Stage!

Dear Users,

Huobi has noticed to the rapid development of Bitcoin Ecology (BRC-20) and decided to respond to the call of users by kicking off the fifth round of Primevote vote-to-list and BRC-20 special event, to hand over listing rights to HT holders and empower our community builders. In this round, we have selected 3 quality BRC-20 projects as our candidates. Simply lock your HT to earn voting rights and vote for your favorite projects! The project that wins first place will be eligible to list its token on Huobi for trading.

Voters of the winning project can get a share of a generous prize pool.

Event period:

Voting Period - 14:00 (UTC) on Apr 30, 2023 - 14:00 (UTC) on May 2, 2023

Voting rules:

• The competition is divided into three stages: Preliminary, Semi-final and Final. Participants can only gain voting rights by locking HT. 1 HT = 1 Vote. Users can use their HT in their spot accounts to vote for their favorite projects during the voting period.
• Participants can vote for multiple project and minimum vote each time is 1 vote.

Lead voters & Followers:

• Participants are free to vote for a project during the event. At the same time, a participant can choose to become either a lead voter or a follower. Once the choice is made, it can not be revoked or changed.
• Each participant is supposed to follow one lead voter only upon becoming a follower. If a participant choose to become a follower, he or she can delegate his or her HT to the lead voter. The delegated HT will be locked till the Final stage.
• Each lead voter can have multiple followers. While voting, votes from the lead voter will be counted first and votes from his or her followers will be counted after and based on the voting time of each follower.
• If the lead voter fails to vote for a winning project, his or her follower won't be able to share the prize pool.

Reward Allocation:

• Users who vote for the winning projects in the Final (not including Preliminary and Semi-final) will be eligible to share the prize pool. (All lead voters and followers for the winning project are counted) The prize pool of the event is the total rewards provided by the winning project.
• Winners can split the prize pool based on the proportion of their votes in the total votes. The more you vote, the more you stand to win.
• Individual vote share = Individual number of votes / Total number of votes received by the project *100%
• Individual reward = Individual vote share * Project Prize Pool
• Rewards will be credited to winners' spot accounts on Huobi within 7 working days after the end of the event. The rewards are issued in the form of tokens. The reward amount is subject to the actual amount credited to the winners' accounts.

• Participants are required to complete L1 KYC verification.
• Huobi reserves the right to final decision on all aspects of the event and has the right to disqualify any participants who are found to be involved in any cheating behaviors.
