Poloniex to cease services for all users in Mainland China

In order to comply with Mainland China's local laws and regulations, Poloniex has voluntarily decided that Mainland China will become a restricted jurisdiction, effective Oct 7, 2021, at 04:00 AM (UTC). As a result, Poloniex can no longer support users in Mainland China and said users will no longer be able to sign up for an account starting on Oct 4, 2021.
