What is happening to the $OPEN token?

$OPEN is merging with the Yield Alliance ecosystem and will be converted to $LVVA tokens. This merger combines Open Custody Protocol's infrastructure with Levva.fi's DeFi solutions and YieldWard's AI-powered yield optimization. The goal is one single synergistic stack of protocols and products, unified under one token - $LVVA.

Which token will become the main one?

$LVVA token will become the token after the merge event. $LVVA will drive all ecosystem activities, from governance to utility, creating a unified foundation to expand and grow the Yield Alliance. The goal of merging all tokens under the $LVVA token is to have a single synergistic stack of protocols and products, all using one utility token.

What is the conversion ratio?

$OPEN tokens will be converted to $LVVA at a 1:1 ratio. FDV will remain the same as $OPEN.

When does the migration begin?

The migration process will start in the upcoming days and end on March 7th, 2025.
