According to Upbit's official announcement, Katana (KAT) is soon going to be listed on the Upbit crypto exchange.

About Katana

Katana Network is an Ethereum-based Layer 2 network designed around DeFi applications. Existing Layer 2 environments often focus on transaction processing infrastructure, and liquidity is formed based on incentives at the individual protocol level, which entails structural limitations characterized by repeated short-term inflows and outflows. To mitigate these issues, Katana Network proposes a mechanism that combines VaultBridge, which deploys bridge assets into external profit strategies; Chain-Owned Liquidity (CoL), which holds liquidity directly at the network level; AUSD, which recirculates off-chain profits back into the DeFi ecosystem; and a structure for reinvesting net sequencer fees. Through this, it establishes a cyclical structure where network profits are reinvested as liquidity and incentives for DeFi applications rather than accumulating in a treasury. The network aims to build an environment where assets are utilized for productive activities such as actual lending, trading, and liquidity provision, rather than remaining merely as deposits. The virtual asset KAT is used as a means for incentive payments and governance participation (vKAT, avKAT) through dApp staking.
