Injective Protocol(INJ) Injective (INJ) Network Upgrade & Hard Fork

The network upgrade and hard fork will take place at the block height of 82,830,000, or approximately at 2024-08-20 15:00 (UTC).

This is a software upgrade proposal for the Injective Mainnet Upgrade (v1.13.2). If passed, this proposal would commit the Injective Chain to halt at block height 82830000 (approximately 15:00:00 UTC on August 20th, 2024) and resume with the v1.13.2 version of the Injective Chain application binary.

This proposal mainly focuses on further enhancing the WASM-enabled smart contract platform on the chain. In addition, the update will integrate a chain update to ensure that events are emitted from the preblocker for improved event tracking.
