Luna(LUNA) New Terra 2.0 Protocol launch and airdrop

The final release of the new Terra Core has been released in preparation for the new chain launch on 27 May: https://github.com/terra-money/core

The code has successfully passed an audit by SCV Security.

$LUNA will be airdropped across $LUNA Classic stakers, $LUNA Classic holders, residual $UST holders, and essential app developers of Terra Classic.

Token distribution details can be found in the governance proposal, but to summarize:

• Community pool: 30%
• Pre-attack $LUNA holders: 35%
• Pre-attack aUST holders: 10%
• Post-attack $LUNA holders: 10%
• Post-attack $UST holders: 15%

TFL's wallet (terra1dp0taj85ruc299rkdvzp4z5pfg6z6swaed74e6), LFG's wallet (terra1gr0xesnseevzt3h4nxr64sh5gk4dwrwgszx3nw) and the distribution module where the Community Pool lives (terra1jv65s3grqf6v6jl3dp4t6c9t9rk99cd8pm7utl) will be removed in the airdrop whitelist.

The removal of these wallets from the airdrop whitelist will make Terra a fully community-owned chain.
