ORIGYN has embarked on a significant evolution by migrating to the Service Nervous System (SNS) on the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP), marking a new chapter in its journey towards decentralized governance. This strategic move is not just a change of infrastructure; it’s a commitment to enhanced security, transparency, and community-driven decision-making. The migration to SNS is a natural progression that enhances our core principles of decentralization. It ensures that every strategic decision is not only made with the community’s interest at heart but also secured by the robustness of the Internet Computer blockchain.

With the transition to SNS, we have adopted a new standard (ICRC-2) for the OGY token compatible with the ICP’s NNS dApp, requiring a migration of the legacy OGY tokens to their new form. Holders of the original OGY tokens must participate in this migration process to remain part of the ORIGYN ecosystem.

The token swap for OGY will be conducted at a 1:1 ratio
