Shadow Token(SHDW) Testnet Launch

The incentivized Testnet is designed to reward two kinds of participants: - Being an active shdwOperator running a Wield Node. - Being an active holder of SHDW.

That same mindset is behind all of our architectural decisions as well, including D.A.G.G.E.R's Incentivized Testnet. So, if you fit into one or both of the two categories above then we got you fam! The incentivized Testnet is being built specifically with you in mind.
