1. What is Alpha?

A: Alpha is an exclusive trading zone established by BigONE on its platform where users can explore potential early-stage crypto projects and trade new, innovative digital assets on the Web3 and on-chain space. The Alpha trading service facilitates the exchange of these displayed digital assets—which are often unavailable on the platform's spot market—by connecting to underlying blockchain networks, decentralized exchange protocols (DEXs), or cross-chain bridges.

2. What are the advantages of Alpha?

A:

• Direct trading of on-chain assets through the BigONE platform, eliminating the need to create an on-chain wallet.
• Simplified operations and reduced transaction costs associated with on-chain trading.
• The ability to prioritize the discovery of high-quality early-stage on-chain projects, allowing for early accumulation.

3. Which assets can I use to trade Alpha tokens?

A: Currently, only USDT is supported.

4. Why did my order fail?

A: Possible reasons for an Alpha order failure include:

• Rapid Price Fluctuation: The price moved too fast and exceeded the set slippage tolerance, causing the order to fail automatically.
• Insufficient On-Chain Liquidity: The order cannot be executed due to a lack of liquidity on the blockchain network.
• Insufficient Gas Fee: Setting the Gas fee too low can also lead to order failure.
• Quotation Service Anomaly: The order timed out due to an issue with the price quotation service.

5. Can Alpha assets be transferred or withdrawn?

A: No. Alpha tokens acquired through trading are automatically credited to the Alpha Account. Assets in the Alpha Account are restricted to trading only and cannot be transferred out or withdrawn.

6. Why is the received amount less than what was previewed?

A: The reasons may include:

• Slippage: Price fluctuations occurred between the time the order was placed and when the trade was executed.
• Liquidity: Tokens with low liquidity are prone to larger price swings.
• Transaction Costs: The trade involves Gas fees or platform fees, which affect the final amount received.

7. What are the risks associated with Alpha?

A: Alpha is a high-risk product. Potential risks include, but are not limited to:

• Extreme Price Volatility: Alpha assets may experience sharp increases or decreases in price, or even drop to zero.
• Insufficient Liquidity: You might not be able to buy, sell, or exit the position in a timely manner.
• Smart Contract Risk: Due to the experimental nature of some projects, there may be vulnerabilities, execution errors, or susceptibility to attacks.
• Project Risk: Third-party projects may change, suspend, or terminate at any time, potentially causing the price to drop to zero.
• System and Regulatory Risk: Losses caused by changes in technology, network stability, or policy/regulation.
