- Only participants who have completed Individual Identity Verification Lv. 1 are eligible for this event.

- Please note that participants from [restricted countries and regions](https://www.bybit.com/en/help-center/article/Service-Restricted-Countries) are not eligible to participate in this event.

- Bybit Pay is not available to users whose Identity Verification country or region is the United Arab Emirates.

- This event is not intended for users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), which includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. Participation in the EEA is strictly prohibited.

- Rewards are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

- BTC rewards will be distributed as airdrops to eligible users’ Funding Account.

- Please note that Bybit Card transactions may take up to 3 calendar days to be confirmed. Once confirmed, transactions may be subject to an additional risk review period of up to 3 calendar days.

- To ensure participants have sufficient time to use their earned lucky draw chances, the lucky draw prize pool will remain available for 7 calendar days after the event ends. Any unused lucky draw chances will expire after this period.

- For Bybit Card, only completed merchant purchase transactions qualify toward spending tasks. Internal transfers, ATM withdrawals, and transactions under prohibited merchant category codes (MCCs) do not count as qualifying spend.

For Bybit Pay, only QR payments made to merchants or purchases made in the Bybit Pay Mall qualify. Transaction volume generated through the Send & Receive or Split Bill functions does not count as qualifying spend.

- All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit Terms of Service. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

- Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without prior notice.
