SAROS support ending for collateral and loans

Bybit will discontinue support for SAROS as a collateral and lending asset starting Jan 9, 2026, 8AM UTC.

Planned changes

• Crypto Loans and Bybit Pay Later borrowing and lending for SAROS will be suspended.

Jan 9, 2026, 8AM UTC

• SAROS will no longer be accepted as collateral on Crypto Loans and Bybit Pay Later.

• You must repay any outstanding SAROS liabilities before this time. If not, Bybit will automatically repay the liabilities, which may result in asset losses.

• If applicable, adjust your margin in advance and monitor your loan-to-value (LTV) ratio to reduce liquidation risk.
