During the event period, invite existing users who meet the following requirements to log in to HTX through your referral link. Your referrals will be considered successful when your invitees complete their login.

• No logins in the past 180 days
• No deposits in the past 180 days
• No trades in the past 180 days
• Inactive to the Comeback Task in the past 180 days

Note: Regardless of how the user originally registered, as long as they log in again via your referral link, it counts as a successful winback.

Referral Rewards: Earn Up to 60% Winback Bonus from the Re-activated Users!

You do not need a new referral link and the user just needs to log in through your existing referral link. Once the returning user logs in, a 180-day winback relationship with you is automatically established, starting from the date of re-login. During the period, you can earn up to 60% winback bonus on their trading fees.

• If the user originally registered through a referral link, you will earn a 20% winback bonus.
• If the user has never been bound to any inviter before, you are eligible for a winback bonus of up to 60%.

Returning Users: Claim 100 USDT Comeback Bonus

During the event, users returning to HTX via referral links will each receive a comeback bonus worth up to 100 USDT.

Please go to “My Rewards” to claim the comeback bonus. You must claim and use it within 14 days; otherwise, it will expire.

Winback Referral Rules:

1. The winback and referral relationships can exist simultaneously between an inviter and their invitee. Qualified inviters can receive both referral and winback bonuses.
2. Winback bonus calculation:
   • Inviter's winback bonus = Net trading fees of their invitees * the corresponding bonus rate. Net trading fees refer to trading fees paid by the invitees, excluding those contributing to the inviter's referral bonus.
   • The winback relationship has a validity period of 180 days, starting from the day invitees complete login. During this period, inviters will receive winback bonuses.
3. The trading volumes of trades with zero trading fees or negative fee rates, and trades involving the use of cashback vouchers, and futures trial bonuses are not counted toward this event.
4. Trading volumes of sub-accounts will be counted towards that of the main account. Market makers cannot participate in this event.
5. Winback bonuses will be distributed by 08:00 (UTC) on Day T 5. Please check the details in the Winback Overview section on the event page.
6. Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.
