1. For the duration of the upgrade, all services of ProBit Global, including but not limited to withdrawals, deposits, trading, and other account-related functions, will temporarily be suspended.
2. The estimated end time could be subject to changes, depending on the progression of the upgrade. We will keep you informed and make an announcement when the upgrade is completed.
3. Upon system resumption, the first 30 minutes will serve as a "Trading Preparation Period." During this time, users will be able to cancel existing orders but will not be able to place new orders. As a result, no trades will be executed during this period. Trading will resume on January 2, 2026 at 04:00 UTC.
4. After the system resumes operation, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the order they were received.
