This decision has been made to ensure full compliance with the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation, which mandates strict licensing requirements for crypto-asset service providers.

As ProBit Global is committed to adhering to international regulatory standards, we must proceed with the immediate off-boarding process for all users in the affected jurisdictions.

Please take immediate action according to the timeline below. Failure to withdraw your assets by the deadline may result in a permanent loss of access to your funds.

Instructions for Affected Users

1. Cancel Open Orders: Cancel all pending buy/sell orders to release your locked assets.
2. Convert Assets: If you hold tokens that cannot be withdrawn directly, please trade them into major withdrawable currencies (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH) before trading is suspended on December 26, 2025.
3. Withdraw Immediately: Transfer all your assets to an external personal wallet or another compliant exchange immediately.
4. Data Retention: If you require your transaction history for tax purposes, please download your data before the account closure date.

This policy applies to all member states of the EU and EEA (e.g., France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Norway, etc.).

Important Warning

After December 30, 2025, access to ProBit Global from EU/EEA IP addresses will be blocked, and account logins will be disabled. ProBit Global will not be responsible for any asset loss caused by failure to withdraw funds before the deadline.
