Updates on Binance Futures WebSocket Domains (2024-02-29)

Fellow Binancians,

Binance Futures will retire the wss://fstream3.binance.com domain at 2024-02-29 06:00 (UTC). 

To ensure continued access to data from the Binance Futures WebSocket server, API users are advised to establish a new WebSocket connection to wss://fstream.binance.com prior to 2024-02-29 06:00 (UTC).
