Announcement on Retiring Existing Mainland China Users

Dear CoinEx users:

According to the previous “Announcement on Termination of Services in Mainland China”, CoinEx has blocked access and terminated the registration of new users from Mainland China since March 11, 2019, and urged users in Mainland China to complete withdrawals as soon as possible.

To further comply with local laws and regulations of the Chinese government, we will completely retire users in Mainland China. For accounts that are verified as Mainland China citizens or bound with a mobile phone number from Mainland China, the arrangements are as follows:

1. For the accounts that meet the above requirements and are still with assets, your account can still be used normally before 16:00 October 31, 2021 (UTC+8), and please complete the withdrawal of your assets as soon as possible before the time restriction. After 16:00 on October 31, 2021 (UTC+8), the ONLY service available for these accounts will be withdrawal, that is, functions such as deposit and trading will be closed and ONLY the withdrawal service is supported. Please complete your asset withdrawal as soon as possible.

2. For the accounts that meet the above requirements with ZERO assets, your account will be disabled from September 30, 2021 (UTC+8), and all access will NO LONGER be available to your accounts.
