Binance Inscriptions Marketplace is thrilled to introduce a limited-time activity, where users who complete qualified trade(s) at Binance Inscriptions Marketplace during the Activity Period will stand a chance to share over $1,000,000 worth of tokens, contributed by RATS, AINN, BDIN, MMSS, BIDP, BRC20.com, ORNJ, NEWU, MUBI, INDS, DEPD, ROUP and ITNP.

How to Participate

• Step 1: Click [Join Now] on the activity page to participate. Users will only have to opt-in once for the entire duration of the activity.

• Step 2: For each Airdrop Week during the Activity Period, complete at least one successful trade (buy or sell) on a featured token at Binance Inscriptions Marketplace to qualify for the respective airdrop rewards, as per the table below.

Breakdown of the Rewards Pool:

* The BDIN prize pool is valued at approximately $80,000 on Binance Inscriptions Marketplace, as of 2024-02-21 03:00 (UTC). 

** Winner Selection per Airdrop Week:

• Qualified participants who fulfill the corresponding trading requirement for each Airdrop Week, will be ranked according to the number of consecutive numerical digits in their Binance UIDs (BUIDs) that match the BNB Beacon Chain's block hash value at the start of the respective Airdrop Week. 

• Binance Inscriptions Marketplace will then select the winners for each Airdrop Week using the rankings above, who will each receive $1,000 in a token that is featured during the Airdrop Week. Please note that participants who qualify for BDIN rewards will each receive 20,000 BDIN instead, which is valued at approximately $1,000 at Binance Inscriptions Marketplace as of 2024-02-21 03:00 (UTC).

Please Note

• The actual value of the reward received is subject to change due to market fluctuation. Refer to the terms and conditions stipulated below for more information on the calculations for rewards distribution. 

• External wallets imported to Binance Web3 Wallet will not count toward the above trading requirements. Only backed-up wallets that are created in Binance Web3 Wallet may participate in the aforementioned Activity.

• Each user may qualify for a maximum of one reward per Airdrop Week (i.e., a maximum of six rewards during the Activity Period).

• Rewards will be distributed by the participating token project(s) to users’ MPC wallets in Binance Web3 Wallet via the Bitcoin (BTC) network. Please note that users’ Binance Web3 Wallet’s BTC network addresses will be shared with the participating token project(s) for rewards distribution purposes.

• By participating in this Activity and clicking the [Join Now] button on the activity page, users are consenting to the sharing of their wallet address(es) to the participating token project(s) for the reward distribution purposes. Please note that the sharing of wallet address(es) will only take place if a user is selected as a winner in this Activity.

About Binance Inscriptions Marketplace 

Binance Inscriptions Marketplace is a one-stop platform hosted within Binance Web3 Wallet that allows users to inscribe and trade a wide variety of inscription tokens such as BRC-20 tokens, Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) tokens and more.

Terms and Conditions:

• These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in this activity (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions. 

• In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the  following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy.

• Only users from qualified regions who click the [Join Now] button on the activity landing page, complete KYC and hold an active Binance Web3 Wallet shall be eligible for any rewards. Rewards will not be distributed to users who delete or deactivate their Binance Web3 Wallets.

• Calculations for rewards distribution: 

  • RATS and AINN will use the respective token prices on CoinMarketCap (CMC) at 2024-02-21 03:00 (UTC) for the distribution of rewards (i.e., $0.0002463 and $1.97 respectively).

  • Participants who qualify for BDIN rewards will receive 20,000 BDIN each.

  • The remaining token projects will distribute rewards based on the respective token’s average closing price on CMC over the seven days before the start of the corresponding Airdrop Week. 

  • If prices are not available on CMC, participating token project(s) will use their respective token’s average price on Binance Inscriptions Marketplace at 04:00 (UTC) over the past seven days before the start of the corresponding Airdrop Week to complete rewards distribution.

• Participating token project(s) will airdrop token rewards to eligible winners’ Binance Web3 Wallet addresses within two weeks after the end of each Airdrop Week. Users will be able to check their rewards under the [Assets] section in Binance Web3 Wallet.

• The actual value of the reward received is subject to change due to market fluctuation.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations, self dealing, or market manipulation).

• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
