如何參與

1. 基本規則： 2022年9月5日12:00:00至2022年9月7日00:00:00（UTC+8），參與者的日均KCS持倉量不得低于10 KCS，其最終獲得的新代幣分配額將根據其日均KCS持倉量占所有參與用戶日均KCS持倉總量的比例決定。
2. 幣幣交易BUFF： 2022年9月2日12:00: 00— 2022年9月6日16:00:00（UTC+8），參與者在KCS、FT、SOL、MATIC、ATOM、AVAX、OP、NEAR、DOT、FLOW的幣幣交易量將被計算為幣幣交易BUFF，將成倍增加KCS持倉量。
3. FT持倉增值： 2022年9月5日12:00:00至2022年9月7日00:00:00（UTC+8），平均持倉30FT及以上的參與者（第23期焦點項目），其KCS持倉將額外增加110%。

為了確保所有參與者的公平分配，每個用戶的代幣分配將設置一個硬性上限。

2. 代幣銷售認購結束時間：2022 年 9 月 7 日 00:00:00（UTC）

According to the tokens which participants trade, KuCoin will calculate the trading volume with different coefficients:

💰 Daily KCS Holdings:

From 12:00:00 on September 5, 2022 to 00:00:00 on September 7, 2022 (UTC), KuCoin will randomly take a snapshot of each user's KCS holdings (for detailed calculation rules, click here) on that day (2 snapshots in total). From the snapshot, each user’s daily KCS holdings will be determined.

🚀 Spot Trading Buff:

KuCoin will calculate participants’ Spot trading volume on KCS, FT, SOL, MATIC, ATOM, AVAX, OP, NEAR, DOT, FLOW from 12:00:00 on September 2, 2022 to 16:00:00 on September 6, 2022 (UTC). From the Spot trading volume on the appointed tokens, each user's Spot Trading Buff will be determined.

🎆 FT Holding Buff:

From 12:00:00 on September 5, 2022 to 00:00:00 on September 7, 2022 (UTC), KuCoin will randomly take a snapshot of each user's FT holdings on that day (2 snapshots in total). From the snapshot, each user who has an average holding amount of at least 30 FT (23th Spotlight project) will enjoy the buff.

*Sub-accounts can’t participate in the token sale as an independent account. However, the KCS holdings and Spot trading volume in the Sub-accounts will be combined into the Master account for the calculation of the Average Daily KCS Balance and total Spot trading volume.

Spotlight Token Sale Timeline:

1. Spotlight Launch - 12:00:00 on September 2, 2022 (UTC): KuCoin will launch the Pre-Spotlight Token Sale - Spot Trading Buff Period: 12:00:00 on September 2 - 16:00:00 on September 6, 2022 (UTC)
2. Subscription Start - 12:00:00 on September 5, 2022 (UTC): KuCoin will launch the Spotlight Token Sale and open the subscription for MC.
3. Subscription End - 00:00:00 on September 7, 2022 (UTC): KuCoin will end this round of token sale registrations, counting the shares of all successfully registered participants.
4. Token Deduction/Distribution Period - From 08:00:00 to 09:00:00 on September 7, 2022 (UTC): KuCoin will deduct the corresponding amount of KCS in the qualified users’ Trading Account and distribute the corresponding amount of MC. We highly encourage you to have at least 20 KCS in your Trading Account on September 7, 2022. If the deduction is successful, the MC will be distributed immediately to your Main Account; otherwise, your eligibility to purchase in the Spotlight will be lost.
5. Market Opening - 12:00:00 on September 7, 2022 (UTC)
