On February 10th, 2022, Binance announced the signing of an MOU for a strategic partnership with Netmarble F&C to build a global blockchain gaming ecosystem.

Through the strategic partnership, Binance will provide its blockchain platform and technology infrastructure through BSC Application Side Chain (BAS), providing a private chain for Netmarble to build GameFi projects and develop on the BSC GameFi sidechain. The two teams plan to launch an Initial Game Offering (IGO) and conduct sales of Netmarble game NFT on Binance NFT marketplace, add Netmarble into Binance's crypto ecosystem, and more. As the first commitment to the strategic partnership, there will be an NFT presale for 'Golden Bros' on the Binance NFT marketplace. 'Golden Bros' is a blockchain based casual shooting game developed by Netmarble F&C that will be officially launched on BSC in March.
