Lido DAO Token(LDO) Lido Snapshot Votes End

A Snapshot vote moves Lido's Community Staking Module one step closer to supporting 0x02 validators post-Pectra, expanding permissionless participation alongside the existing 0x01 set. The vote is non-binding, so the change still depends on a later on-chain proposal and deployment, and the direction largely follows the expected Pectra roadmap. It is a committed governance milestone with firm timing, but incremental rather than thesis-changing.
