Announcement on the Discontinuation of the \"REI Flexible\" Financial Product

Dear BigONE users,

In order to further optimize our product structure and improve our overall service offerings, we have conducted a comprehensive evaluation and decided to gradually discontinue the REI Flexible financial product service. The relevant details are announced as follows:

Schedule:

• Interest Accrual Suspension: Interest accrual will stop at 00:00 (UTC 8) on August 2. 
• Manual Redemption: Users may manually redeem their assets at any time. The redemption completion time will be based on the information displayed on the product page. 
• Automatic Fund Return: If no manual redemption is made, the system will automatically return the full principal amount to your financial account on August 12. 
• Interest Settlement: This product distributes earnings on a daily basis. After interest accrual is suspended, no further earnings will be generated or distributed.

Reminders:
1. This adjustment to the financial product service will not affect the safety or normal use of any other assets in your account.
2. During the fund return process, the platform will never request your payment password, SMS verification code, or any other sensitive information through any channel. Please remain vigilant and beware of potential scams.
