1. Rewards will be distributed to eligible users' Bybit account. Failure to provide the correct address will result in the loss of assets, and there is no way to recover them in such a case.

2. The selected project tokens will be distributed randomly to the winners.

3. By entering this event, all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and adhere to any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

4. Only Bybit users with a valid UID are eligible for this event.

5. All participants must provide a valid email address to be eligible for the rewards and any information that Bybit may, in its reasonable discretion, deem necessary to verify the eligibility of the participant.

6. Eligible reward recipient(s) will be notified within 14 working days from the event’s end date.

7. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participant if he/she, at any time, engaged in inappropriate, dishonest, abusive or any activities or conduct which Bybit, in its sole discretion, deems as warranting mandatory disqualification.

8. The giveaway is open globally, with the exception of residents of France, Germany, Spain, Canada (Quebec and Ontario), Singapore, the United States, the Chinese mainland, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Sevastopol, Sudan, Syria, the Netherlands, Italy, the Philippines, Thailand and Hong Kong.

9. Participants must be of age to create a Bybit account in their country of residence.

10. New users must register within 3 days before the livestream date to be eligible to claim the red packets.

11. Participants must trade at least $50 on the hottest Spot listings within 7 days to claim Red Packets.

12. If, for any reason, the giveaway, or any part of the giveaway, is unavailable or there is a delay in receiving the giveaway, or a related event is delayed, canceled or postponed, or for any other reason, Bybit reserves the right to modify the giveaway in its reasonable discretion and awards a substitute giveaway of comparable or greater value to the winner(s).
