NEAR Protocol(NEAR) Issuance cut vote

A House of Stake vote would cut NEAR's max issuance from 2.5% to 1.6% over 24 months, avoiding roughly 66M tokens of issuance over six years under the proposed permanence covenant. Staking yield would fall from around 5.4% to 3.4% if the proposal passes, creating a scarcity-versus-yield decision for holders.
