Terms and Conditions

1. Rewards will be distributed via your Bybit account. Failure to provide the correct address will result in the loss of assets and there is no way to recover them in such a case.

2. The selected project tokens will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. By entering this event, all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and adhere to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

4. Only Bybit users with a valid UID are eligible for this event.

5. All participants must provide a valid email address to be eligible for the rewards and any information that Bybit may, in its reasonable discretion, deem necessary to verify the eligibility of the participant.

6. Eligible reward recipients will be notified within 14 working days after the event ends.

7. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaged in inappropriate, dishonest, abusive, or any other conduct deemed unacceptable at its sole discretion.

8. The giveaway is open globally, except to residents of the following regions and jurisdictions: Canada (Ontario and Quebec), Singapore, the United States, the Chinese mainland, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Sevastopol, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Hong Kong and the European Economic Area (EEA). The EEA includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

9. Participants must be of age to create a Bybit account in their country of residence.

10. New users must register within 3 days and deposit at least $100 within 7 days prior to the livestream date to be eligible for the red packets.

11. Existing users must trade at least $100 within 7 days after receiving the red packets to qualify.

12. Bybit reserves the right to modify or substitute the giveaway, or any part of it, in the event of unavailability, delay, cancellation, or postponement. In such cases, Bybit may award a substitute giveaway of equal or greater value at its reasonable discretion.
