KuCoin Now Supports SEPA On/Off-Ramp For Institutional Users!

Dear KuCoin Users,

We are pleased to inform you that KuCoin now supports institutional users to deposit or withdraw EUR via SEPA bank transfer.

1. Basic Information

(1) Supported types:

The support of SEPA Instant Credit Transfer is determined by your bank and bank account.

• SEPA Credit Transfer - Usually credited within 2 business days.

• SEPA Instant Credit Transfer - Instant credited.

(2) Supported fiat currencies: EUR (Euro)

(3) Service Bank: Banking Circle S.A

2. Transaction Limits

• When a user deposits less than the minimum amount, no credit will be made and no refund will be made;

• The daily limit is the overall limit for KuCoin fiat on/off-ramp transactions and will be reset at UTC 0 every day;

• For those with special daily limit requirements, please contact us to be added to the whitelist.

3. Transaction Fees

• * 0.15% is the preferential rate for the first subscribers at the beginning of the service. (Expected to last 3 months);

• The transaction fee is calculated as follows: Transaction fee = EUR deposit/withdrawal amount * 0.15% (when it is less than €1, it is charged at €1). The amount after deducting the handling fee is the actual amount credited;

• User's order may be refunded due to Risk Control, exceeding the limit, etc. Refunds will be subject to a refund processing fee.

4. Notes

• The KuCoin App version using SEPA On/Off-Ramp service must be upgraded to v3.133.0 and above;

• Please do not use SWIFT transfer, our EUR deposit/withdrawal transactions only support SEPA. If you use SWIFT transfer, we will not receive the funds and it will be returned by the bank, and may incur a high bank refund fee.
