The Mechanics

The $FAN RRS, a dynamic system designed to reward the most engaged fans, offers a meaningful way to engage with Film.io. Currently, withdrawal of rewarded $FAN from the platform is temporarily paused. When the RRS launches, every user will be able to influence the schedule of their $FAN through the new gamified RRS features.

The Reward Release Schedule mechanic has three components:

1. Natural Progression Release: $FAN Tokens will be released daily for active users.
2. Speed Up: Accelerate the RRS with three different options, each with varying speed-up factors (see below examples).
3. Rolling Time Window: Additional reward tokens earned will be released according to the RRS.

RRS Speed Up: Here's how you'll be able to accelerate the Rewards Release Schedule to transfer $FAN into your non-custodial wallet:

1. Collect GEMs: Participate in daily quests at club.film.io to collect as many GEMs as you can.
2. Stake $FAN: Earn more GEMs by staking $FAN Tokens.
3. DAO Tier Progression: Level up your governance of Film.io and climb the Film.io DAO Tiers.
4. Use GEMs: Speed up the release time of your unreleased $FAN by spending GEMs.
