StarkNet(STRK) V0.13.4

Starknet v0.13.4 is coming in a few weeks on Testnet and around mid March on Mainnet.

This new version brings major optimizations, including:

• Cairo-Native for faster smart contract execution (and lower fees in the long run)
• L2 gas for more accurate transaction fees
• Stateful compression for lower storage costs (which means lower fees for Starknet users)
• Other improvements for a much better DevX
