THORNode v132 has landed - Better execution when closing loans - Outbound gas fixes will make L1 tx fees cheaper than ever More Quality of Life fixes coming in the next version. THORChads ship. Onwards!

Mainnet Upgrade

1. TOR depth fixed. Back to 95% where we itshould be. Loans will now open/closeoptimally.
2. Dynamic outbound fee multiplier fixed. Gasquotes should be much lower now. Right offthe bat, fees appear to be cheaper by a factorof 6.14x for BTC and 2x for ETH swaps now.
3. Remaining BNB balances ejected. Ready forfinal stage of Ragnarok (shutting down chainclients)in next version.
4. Remaining AVAX/BSC observationsprocessed successfully. Recent incidentmitigated, churn will proceed as normal.
