Update on the MDUS SWAP progress

According to the requirements of the MEDIEUS project party, users need to withdrawal the old MDUS(Klayth) within a limited time and log in to the specified swap website to exchange the MDUS tokens users currently hold to the MDUS tokens of the new contract.

MDUS is to be swapped by 1:1 from Klaytn mainnet to Polygon mainnet.
