ZKasino suspected of deleting site payback information to prevent users from withdrawing funds
A user on Platform X reported that ZKasino, a decentralized betting platform, deleted "Ethereum will be returned and can be bridged back" from the Bridge funds interface, making it impossible for users to withdraw their funds. 10,515 ETH ($33.18M) that was bridged into ZKasino was transferred to 0x791 multisignature address and then deposited into Lido for interest.
According to previous news, zkSync ecological DEX ZigZag tweeted that many people have recently accused the decentralized betting platform ZKasino team of defaulting on payments or committing fraud in some way, as well as multiple former employees and contractors said they were not paid for their work. Kedar, the founder of ZigZag, also reached out to one of ZKasino's investors and informed him that the project's income was fraudulent. The latter stated that they did not actually participate in the financing, so ZKasino's financing and valuation were probably also fake.
