Bying SPV wallet never charges for transfer or collection. The expense incurred is called the gas fee used to pay for the network nodes which maintain the system operation of cryptocurrencies.

Both Bying cold wallet and Bying SPV wallet are decentralized wallets. You should pay gas fee for every transfer in both of them. Bying never charges to users, but they should pay for Bying hardware wallet.

Bying doesn't charge a gas fee for transfer between Micro accounts, but users should pay a small account handling fee for withdrawal.
