Stellar activates its Bell (Protocol 30) mainnet upgrade on Nov 23, bringing smart accounts built for business use at scale and starting work on quantum-safe signatures and faster ledgers. This directly upgrades XLM's network capabilities, with the main impact for holders being the ledger's strengthened enterprise utility thesis.
