Lisk(LSK) Chain closure

Lisk Chain closure requires users with funds on that chain to bridge them to Ethereum. Withdrawal takes about eight days, with an additional three-day wait for staked positions; the requirement does not apply to all LSK holders regardless of where their tokens are held.
