Polymesh(POLYX) Mainnet Upgrade

POLYMESH v6.2.0 HIGHLIGHTS This upgrade introduces several new features and events that extend the existing chain API, among other improvements. Most notably, it includes the ability to add required mediators by an asset issuer or as part of individual settlement instruction legs. When added, mediators must affirm instruction legs along with the sender and receiver before the instruction executes. The mediator role may be performed by a Transfer Agent or could be used to augment automated compliance checks with off-chain logic or a smart contract. Additionally, this release includes several features to improve the development experience of smart contracts on Polymesh, such as:

• Logging of chain extension errors for easier debugging
• The ability to handle errors when calling into the runtime, adding the ability to recover and adapt to errors - Update of example smart contracts to Ink! v4.3
• An example of a royalty smart contract for NFTs
• The addition of the polymesh-upgradable-ink contract and whitelisted chain runtime calls to the genesis configuration, as well as setting the contract hash so it is available to local development environments without the need to deploy it separately
