KuCoin Broker Assessment Cycle Update
To provide a more stable and predictable commission structure and better reflect Brokers' sustained trading performance, KuCoin will update the Broker assessment cycle from monthly to quarterly.
1.Effective Date
Starting October 1, 2026 (UTC 8), the Broker assessment cycle will change from monthly to quarterly.
Going forward, Broker assessments and corresponding commission adjustments will take place on the following dates each year:
January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 (UTC 8)
All assessment data will continue to be calculated based on the UTC 8 time zone.
2. First Quarterly Assessment
The first quarterly assessment under the new schedule will take place on October 1, 2026 and will be based on eligible trading data from July 1 to September 30, 2026 (UTC 8)
3.What Is Changing?
The assessment will be based on total eligible trading volume during the quarter.
The quarterly KPI is calculated as:
Previous Monthly KPI × 3 = Quarterly KPI
For example, a previous monthly requirement of 10,000,000 USDT will become a quarterly requirement of 30,000,000 USDT.
This means the underlying monthly volume benchmark remains unchanged. Only the assessment period is extended from one month to three months.
Please also note that Spot and Futures will continue to be assessed separately.
4. Latest Quarterly Broker Commission Table

5. Important Notes
- Spot and Futures continue to be assessed separately.
- Other commission rules, trading volume calculation criteria, and statistical scope remain unchanged.
- All assessment data is calculated based on UTC 8 time zone.
- Brokers still within their trial period will not be affected by this change. After the trial period ends, they will be assessed on the nearest upcoming assessment date based on the applicable volume requirements.
