Terms and Conditions:

1.  Definitions and Eligibility

   (1) TRX cumulative net deposit amount refers to the total eligible TRX deposits made during the event period minus the total TRX withdrawals made during the event period.

   Cumulative TRX Net Deposit Amount = Eligible TRX Deposits During the Event − TRX Withdrawals During the Event

   (2) Only TRX deposited to KuCoin from external wallets, on-chain addresses, or other trading platforms will be counted as eligible deposits.

   (3) TRX obtained or transferred through internal transfers between KuCoin accounts, transfers between master accounts and sub-accounts, Spot trading, Convert, fiat trading, P2P trading, OTC trading, borrowing, platform rewards, airdrops, trial funds, or other event rewards will not be counted toward the cumulative net deposit amount.

   (4) TRX withdrawals made during the event period will be deducted from the user’s eligible deposits and may affect task progress and reward eligibility.

   (5) Sub-accounts and master accounts will be considered as the same account. Each user may participate in the event and receive rewards only once.

   2. Event Participation

   Users must register on the event page to participate in this event and receive rewards.During the event, users must reach the required cumulative TRX net deposit amount to unlock the corresponding Earn Rate-Up Coupon.

   3. Reward Distribution

   (1) Rewards will be distributed in the form of Earn Rate-Up Coupons applicable to the designated 90-day TRX Earn product.

   (2) Depending on the cumulative TRX net deposit amount achieved, eligible users may receive a Rate-Up Coupon offering a Bonus APR of 5% or 6%, with a maximum Rate-Up Quota ranging from 1,000 TRX to 2,000,000 TRX.

   (3) Each Rate-Up Coupon provides Bonus APR for 28 days. The Bonus APR applies to the lower of the user’s actual subscription amount and the coupon’s maximum Rate-Up Quota.

   (4) Any subscription amount exceeding the coupon’s Rate-Up Quota will receive only the product’s base APR.

   (5) Eligible users can claim the corresponding coupon once they complete the required net deposit task.

   (6) Each user may claim only one coupon corresponding to their eligible reward tier. Rewards from different tiers cannot be combined.

   (7) Coupons are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

   (8) Users can view and use their Earn Rate-Up Coupons in Rewards Hub → My Coupons within the coupon validity period.

   (9) Unclaimed, unused, or expired coupons will not generate any Bonus APR rewards.

   4. KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify any participants engaging in fraudulent activities, bulk registrations, related-account abuse, circular deposits, rapid deposits and withdrawals, market manipulation, or any other activities that do not comply with the applicable terms and conditions.KuCoin also reserves the right to recover all or part of any rewards that have already been issued to ineligible participants.

   5. KuCoin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this event at any time, including but not limited to the event period, participation requirements, event rules, reward quantities, and reward formats, without prior notice.KuCoin reserves all rights to the final interpretation of this event and these terms and conditions.
