KuCoin Will Support Solidus Ai Tech(AITECH) Token Swap and Rebranding to AITECH Cloud Network (ACN)

KuCoin will support the token swap and rebranding of Solidus Ai Tech(AITECH) to AITECH Cloud Network (ACN). The AITECH to ACN token swap will automatically be completed for AITECH holders on KuCoin.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. The deposit and withdrawal services of AITECH will be closed at 08:00 on 21 April, 2026 (UTC).

2. The trading services for AITECH/USDT trading pair will be closed at 08:00 on 22 April, 2026 (UTC).

3. To complete the swap, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ AITECH assets at 12:00 on 22 April, 2026 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert the old AITECH tokens to the new ACN tokens at a ratio of 1:1 (1 old AITECH = 1 new ACN).

Please note:

1. The snapshots will include AITECH balances in Spot accounts (Funding Account Trading Account).

2. AITECH tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not be counted towards your balance.

3. After the deposit, withdrawal, and trading services for AITECH are closed, the AITECH token will NO longer be supported on KuCoin. For users who deposit AITECH afterward, KuCoin will NOT be able to cover users’ losses.
