Sound.xyz was founded to solve two major problems with the music industry: (1) the vast majority of songs go entirely unheard and 90% of streams go to the top 1% of artists and (2) artists earn a minuscule amount from each stream ($0.003 per stream), resulting in even the most talented artists struggling to making a living wage.
