Chiliz (CHZ) 2.0 Mainnet Integration and Swap
Chiliz, the global blockchain technology business for the Web3 sports and entertainment industry, is marking its 5th anniversary with a rebrand and an alert to brands and developers that the genesis block of the new Layer-1 EVM Compatible Chiliz Blockchain has been validated.
At the heart of the rebrand is a new look logo, featuring the emblematic ‘chili’ with an angle bracket ‘>’ to symbolise the company’s commitment to code and development; the commitment to building the underlying infrastructure, products and network for sports and entertainment brands to thrive in Web3.
The launch of the new chain will see further Web3 developers and brands join Chiliz to build on Chiliz new blockchain and gain access to its web3 infrastructure and sports and entertainment network. In the second half of 2022, US company FanFest and fan engagement start-up LiveLike joined the Chiliz eco-system to build web3 products and services such as offering "watch to earn" blockchain-backed collectibles to broadcasters and media partners.
Through its fan rewards and engagement app Socios.com, Chiliz has issued Fan Tokens for some of the largest sports communities in the World. Socios.com works with more than 170 major sporting organisations, including FC Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, Juventus, S.S.C Napoli, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Arsenal, Atlético Madrid, A.S Roma, the UFC, leading F1 teams and many more.

- All BEP2 standard Chiliz (CHZ) tokens will be swapped to the CAP20 standard at a ratio of 1:1.
- Chiliz's fan tokens will be swapped from Chiliz Legacy Chain and BEP20 standard to CAP20 standard at a ratio of 1:1.
Chiliz's fan tokens include: AC Milan (ACM), AS Roma (ASR), Atlético de Madrid (ATM), FC Barcelona (BAR), Manchester City (CITY), Juventus (JUV), OG (OG) and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
