To optimize our payment infrastructure and ensure continued service reliability, KuCoin will perform scheduled maintenance on certain payment services.

Affected Services:
- Deposit EUR using SEPA Open Banking
- Buy crypto using Instant Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer (SEPA)
Start Time: 13:00 on June 30, 2026 (UTC)
Affected Services:
Bank Transfer (SEPA) will temporarily not support new additional verification.
Users who have not completed the required additional verification will be temporarily unable to:
- Deposit EUR via Bank Transfer (SEPA)
- Withdraw EUR via Bank Transfer (SEPA)
Please note: Users who have already completed the additional verification for Bank Transfer (SEPA) will not be affected and may continue to use SEPA deposit and withdrawal services as usual.
During the maintenance period, all other payment methods on KuCoin will remain fully operational, including:
- PIX deposits and withdrawals
- Visa/MasterCard
- Fiat Balance
- P2P trading
Your assets remain safe and secure throughout the maintenance period. Exact restoration time will be announced separately. We remain committed to providing you with the best possible service.
