Affected Services:
Bank Transfer (SEPA) will temporarily not support new additional verification.
Users who have not completed the required additional verification will be temporarily unable to:
- Deposit EUR via Bank Transfer (SEPA)
- Withdraw EUR via Bank Transfer (SEPA)
Please note: Users who have already completed the additional verification for Bank Transfer (SEPA) will not be affected and may continue to use SEPA deposit and withdrawal services as usual.
During the maintenance period, all other payment methods on KuCoin will remain fully operational, including:
- PIX deposits and withdrawals
- Visa/MasterCard
- Fiat Balance
- P2P trading
