ritestream(RITE) Contract Swap

Apologies for the delayed update on our recovery plan. The attack hit at 1 am in my local time zone, and we immediately took evasive action. After careful consideration and consultation with our advisors, here's the plan.

1. Halt trading on all CEX at 6 am UTC on January 10th.
2. Take a snapshot of all wallet holders at 6 am UTC on January 10th.
3. Relaunch the token contract.
4. Airdrop replacement tokens to all users based on the snapshot.
5. Resume trading as per normal.
