• Suspenstion Schedule : 18:00, November 28, 2023 ~ The resumption of Deposit/withdrawal through Polygon Network will be notified through this announcement after confirming the stability of MATIC Network Upgrade.
• Impact on Suspension :
  • Suspension of MATIC Deposits/Withdrawals through Polygon Network
  • Suspension of Polygon Network-Based NFT Deposits/Withdrawals*Any unexpected events regarding the resumption of withdrawals/deposits will be notified through this announcement.

• If you attempt to deposit MATIC through Polygon Network after withdrawals/deposits have been suspended, the deposit amount may not be reflected to your Upbit account. In such case, recovery may be impossible. Please have this in mind and never deposit MATIC through Polygon Network after withdrawals/deposits have been suspended.
• During the deposit/withdrawal suspension period, the return process for the following digital asset will be temporarily suspended. The return process will resume in sequential order after the resumption of deposit/withdrawal service.
• Deposits may be delayed after the deposit/withdrawal suspension due to network congestion, etc and there might be a difference between the completion of blockchain network transaction confirmation and the actual deposit reflection.
• Deposits/withdrawals may occur in some blockchain networks before or after the suspension. The deposit/withdrawal will not be processed during the announced maintenance period and once the maintenance is completed, the deposit/withdrawal will be processed in sequential order.
