Temporary suspension of Deposit/Withdrawal service for IOTA due to Wallet System Maintenance

The Deposit/Withdrawal service for IOTA will be suspended due to wallet system node failures.We will reopen the services once the maintenance is complete. (Article 17, Paragraph 1, Items A of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection of Virtual Asset Users)

• Suspension Details : IOTA node issue
• Affected Digital Assets : IOTA - IOTA Network
• Affected Service : Suspension of deposits/withdrawals of the affected digital asset.
• Suspension Period : After confirming the stability of the network, a separate announcement will be made for the completion of the network upgrade.

[Notes]

• During the suspension of deposit/withdrawal, the deposit return process is temporarily stopped. The deposit return process will be supported and processed sequentially after the deposit/withdrawal resumption.
• Deposits may be delayed after the deposit/withdrawal suspension due to network congestion, etc and there might be a difference between the completion of blockchain network transaction confirmation and the actual deposit reflection.
• In the case of unexpected maintenance such as wallet and network maintenance, deposits/ withdrawals may occur in some blockchain networks before or after the announcement. Deposits/withdrawals will not be processed during the announced maintenance period and once the maintenance is complete, deposits/withdrawals will be processed in sequential order.
