Binance Launches OTC VIP Program

Fellow Binancians,

Binance is launching the OTC VIP Program at 2023-11-30 00:00 (UTC).This allows users to qualify for upgrades to VIP 1-4 after they meet 30-day OTC trading volume as well as the minimum daily average BNB holding requirement specified in the table below. 

Program Structure:

Key Highlights:

• OTC trading volume includes the trade volume of Binance OTC Spot Block Trading and Algo Orders.

• OTC trading volume will count toward this program starting from 2023-11-30 00:00 (UTC).

• The volume from OTC Spot Block Trading will not be included in the calculation of users’ total Binance Spot trading volume. However, the volume generated from Algo Orders will continue to be included in users’ Spot trading volume calculation.

Notes:

• Calculation formula:

  • [30-day OTC trading volume] = Sum of [Daily OTC trading volume] in the last 30 days.

  • [Daily OTC trading volume] = Sum of trading volume on Binance OTC Spot Block Trading and Algo Orders on the day.

  • Day: Each day runs from 00:00 (UTC) to 23:59 (UTC).

• Users may visit VIP Fee Structure or User Center to confirm their current VIP level.

• Should a user qualify for a higher VIP level under another subprogram of the Binance VIP Program, the highest VIP level will apply. Under the OTC VIP Program, a user may be upgraded to a maximum of VIP 4.

• All trading volume and metrics related to the program are measured by Binance at its sole and absolute discretion.

• Binance reserves the right to amend or terminate this Program at its sole discretion.

• Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
