During the Promotion Period, all eligible P2P makers who are successfully onboarded as P2P Merchantsand click “Join Now” on the activity page, will get a free upgrade to P2P Merchant VIP 2 level, which allows them to enjoy 30% off maker fees.

Promotion Period: 2023-09-01 08:00 (UTC) to 2023-10-31 08:00 (UTC) 

In addition, qualified participants who maintain their P2P Merchant VIP 2 status for consecutive 60 days upon successful P2P merchant application, will get an additional free upgrade to P2P Merchant VIP 3 level for a month, and enjoy a 50% maker fee discount.

Terms & Conditions:

• This promotion is only available to Binance P2P makers in the Southeast Asia region. 

• Maker: When you place an ad that goes on the order book on p2p.binance.com, any subsequent trades coming from that order will be as a “maker.” These ads add liquidity to the order book, helping to "make the market" and are therefore termed the "maker" for any subsequent trades.

• Only P2P makers who apply to become a P2P merchant between 2023-09-01 08:00 (UTC) and 2023-10-31 08:00 (UTC) will be qualified to participate.

• To qualify for the promotion, eligible makers should meet the Binance P2P merchant VIP 1 criteria before applying to be a P2P merchant. Check on How to Become a Binance P2P Merchant.

• This promotion only applies to Binance P2P transactions on the web or on the Binance apps.

• Binance may exclude users involved in fictitious trading from participating.

• Rewards in the form of P2P Merchant VIP 2 upgrades will be applied within 14 days after confirmation of a successful P2P merchant application.

• Rewards in the form of P2P Merchant VIP 3 upgrades will be applied to eligible participants qualifying for the P2P Merchant VIP 2 upgrades in the promotion, within 14 days of maintaining their P2P Merchant VIP 2 status for 60 days.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation. 

• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Promotion, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.

• Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
