Bitfinex Completes the Fantom (FTM) Token Swap and Rebranding to Sonic (S) and Opens S Deposits & Withdrawals

Further to our announcement to support the Fantom (FTM) Token Swap into Sonic (S) token, we are pleased to announce that the token swap is now complete. 

The S token now replaces the FTM token at a ratio of 1 FTM: 1 S token. The new token will trade under the ticker S, and API symbol SONIC.

Following completion of the token swap, trading, deposits and withdrawals for the S token resumed on 17/02/2025 at approximately 2:30 PM UTC.

Please note that the FTM token is no longer supported on the platform.
